Overview

The Director, Commercial Strategic Solutions is responsible for developing and leading the strategic commercial approach and effectively guiding joint Commercial and Operational efforts for new business development opportunities. Additionally this role will further work to establish and promote the Company’s mission, vision and culture. This role supports the cultivation of business relationships, drives revenues, attends to client requests and proposals as a partner with the business, development team, CPG, PMG and ensures all client deliverables are successfully met accurately and on time.

Responsibilities

  • Support BD and Operations to create effective delivery strategies and solutions for ancillary supply chain management services, addressing the specific needs and challenges of each customer and differentiate Ancillare from its competitors. In partnership with Sales, Operations, and other functions, responsible for award of new business to achieve annual Gross New Business targets.
  • Support and Lead Consult in the sales process from opportunity initiated to implementation and transition plans.
  • Partner with BD and Operations to create effective and compelling delivery strategies and solutions for the ancillary clinical supply chain management of clinical studies or programs that incorporate and leverage Ancillare services and experience, are operationally feasible, and result in the award of new business.
  • Coordinate with Sales to complete follow up actions identified at bid defenses and client meetings.
  • As needed, attend Industry events to uncover new sources of revenue and promote company deliverables. Increase brand awareness by educating prospects on the scope and depth of our solutions while clearly differentiating Ancillare from competitive offerings as the global leader in clinical and ancillary supply chain management.
  • Research and remain current on competitor tactics, market conditions and trends in the industry.
  • Collaborate with Sales, to obtain from clients, project or program specifications, timelines and requirements and communicate awards, new business, timelines and other requirements to other departments/internal counterparts to ensure success of each project/program.
  • Develop and implement plans to successfully meet/exceed client requirements and specifications.
  • Ensuring, in coordination with the Proposal’s Team, the accurateness of the Company’s proposal to our clients’ needs, inclusive of regulatory and legal compliance.
  • Ensuring, in coordination with Project Management, Procurement, Logistics and other departments (as necessary) a solid understanding of the operative aspects of the program/project as required by the client.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences preferred.  May consider equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of experience selling and/or operational delivery in Clinical Supplies Services (Investigational Product, Co-Meds/Comparators or Ancillary Product) REQUIRED.
  • 5 +years professional experience, with a proven track record, working in a Commercial Operations or Strategy role.
  • Extensive contacts within the pharma/biotech/clinical supply industry desirable.
  • Experience working in a startup organization highly desirable.

Overview

We are currently looking for a Quality Control Inspector to join our team to perform inspection and cycle counts to ensure accuracy of goods being received and/or shipped from our warehouse.

Responsibilities

  • Perform inline inspection of goods being assembled for shipments to global clinical trial sites or partner/vendor locations.
  • Perform incoming inspection of goods received into the warehouse, if and when needed.
  • Perform cycle counts (manual inventory control) according to prescribed procedures to help ensure accuracy of goods within warehouse inventory.

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Global Supply Chain Operations (Senior Warehouse Manager) to join our team in Horsham, PA who will oversee the company’s receiving, inventory management and distribution operations across the depot network (Master Depots and Strategic Depots) focusing on safety, quality, compliance, customer service, and productivity. Establish and maintain global supply chain processes and ensure compliance at all depots. This individual will serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for global supply chain operations.

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership to site US Distribution Manager who is responsible for daily operation at the US distribution site.
  • In collaboration with Sr Manager Logistics establish, implement, and monitor requirements for daily order work streams for warehouse and logistics teams, ensuring the orderly flow of all products to manage the customer delivery process.
  • Oversee depot network (master and strategic) ensuring company and customer requirements are communicated, understood, and met through ongoing interaction with depot points of contact.
