We are seeing a Paralegal to join our team to provide support by gathering, organizing and preparing various documents and files. They may also regularly meet with internal team members, clients or other legal professionals to gather details and fact check information for contracts. In this confidential role taking direction from In House Counsel, the paralegal assists with contracts, human resources, and other legal administrative duties including coordinating deliveries of important legal documents.


  • Organizing and archiving documents related to contracts and company legal dealings.
  • Drafting legal documents.
  • Conducting research and fact findings.
  • Assisting in creation and maintenance of a compliance program,
  • Maintaining details and follow up of outstanding work and timelines required to complete contracts.
  • Provides administrative assistance to HR & TA with onboarding of new hires.
  • Provides administrative assistance to HR & Training with training initiatives.
  • Provides administrative assistance as may be required for employee offboarding & record-keeping.
  • Preparing reports for In House Counsel as needed.
  • Ability and desire to work a project to completion meeting and or exceeding timeline deliverables.
  • Participate and work on projects as may be assigned.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.

  • Travel as may be required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


  • Certification or associate degree in paralegal studies required, Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • A minimum experience of two years in a paralegal role.
  • Investigative mind and strong research skills.
  • Working knowledge legal database software.
  • Experience in preparing legal reports and contracts.
  • Current Notary Public or willing to successfully complete notary public requirements.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
