The Applications Developer/Integrator reporting directly to the Chief Information Officer will produce fully functional software applications to support internal staff & organization. This will include designing, coding, documentation, deployment, testing and support of internally developed applications and web services. The Application Developer/Integrator will build solutions to assist Ancillare deliver outstanding service to customers and provide solid support to our employees and partners. This hands-on role will work closely with business stakeholders, and outside vendors to develop and maintain solutions consistent with company standards and industry best practices. The role will contribute to key technology objectives that are in alignment with Ancillare’s strategic business goals.


  • Translate business and technical requirements into feature rich and functional applications.
  • Write high quality code to program complete applications within guidelines.
  • Work successfully in both waterfall and agile project environments.
  • Maintain development, staging and production environment to ensure performance, availability, integrity, and accuracy.
  • Clearly and regularly communicate with management and technical support colleagues.
  • Retain extensive knowledge within 2nd & 3rd tier of application architecture.
  • Assume a Level 2 and Level 3 support role for any escalated Help Desk tickets.
  • Troubleshoot and debug applications.
  • Perform periodic software rollouts/updates to correct reported issues, developed enhancements and compliance with third party applications.
  • Create and maintain technical documents to accurately represent application design and code.
  • Facilitate Joint Application Development sessions to identify and document specification requirements around future initiatives.
  • Ensure that all development standards are met and that Ancillare does not intentionally violate any standards that would place our domain and information in jeopardy.
  • Recommend improvements to existing software programs as necessary.
  • Build reports and dashboards in Power BI with various SQL Server and Azure back-ends. Architect, design, build and maintain software applications and data warehouses.
  • Maintains applications built on the D365 Sales and BC platforms
  • Implement, configure, and integrate off-the-shelf and SAAS / Cloud solutions.
  • Gather and document business requirements and turn them into practical designs.
  • Test, debug and document code.
  • Jointly establish project due dates and meet them.
  • Regularly provide status reports on projects as requested.
  • Support existing applications and technology solutions.
  • Ability and desire to work a project to completion meeting and or exceeding timeline deliverables.
  • Enhance organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to the job.

  • Bachelor’s degree required, may consider High school diploma with equivalent work-related experience.
  • 5-10 years programming experience in C#, Java, or other object-oriented programming languages.
  • 3 + years’ developing web authoring programs, advanced web applications, client/server database applications, and scripting.
  • 3+ years’ experience in database development in MS SQL writing stored procedures, 3+ years’ IIS Web Administration and application development.
  • Extensive experience with software development technologies and environments including C#.Net, Azure, AWS, Power BI, SQL Server, Visual Studio.
  • Development and support experience with D365 sales and D365 BC
  • Extensive experience with web technologies including HTML, HTML5, JavaScript, CSS, JQuery, Bootstrap, Angular 2+.
  • Familiarity with implementing and consuming technologies to integrate applications including RESTful and SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, CSV, etc.
  • Experience with Azure services including Search, SQL, Functions API, Data Factory, Analysis Services, and Power BI, PowerAutomate, Datawarehouse/Datalakes preferred.
  • Extensive experience in translating business requirements into practical solutions. This requires considering the impact to the business along with the long-term costs and complexity of the technology.
  • Experience with integration tools like Dell Boomi, Informatica, Mulesoft Microsoft CDS or Dataverse.
  • Good knowledge of BI and AI technologies.
