Ancillare is a wholly owned subsidiary of ISG Office Concepts, a company with over 30 years experience in working with customers to build business process solutions. Founded as an office supply company in 1979, ISG quickly expanded and specialized to provide facilities management solutions for its customers. The company promoted automated purchasing programs, built supply systems for customers, and worked to manage the implementation of a wide variety of solutions to common corporate problems. From here, ISG built an experienced management team with innovative industry experts to provide services catered to the specific needs of its customers.
ISG has always held a strong position within the pharmaceutical industry. Working with its customers to build buying programs specialized to meet the intricate demands of the industry structure, ISG gained incredible experience working with multinational life science companies. From here, ISG formed a strong working relationship with one of the top-five pharmaceutical companies and developed a unique focus for the industry. ISG prides itself on best-in-class project results and its constant presence in the industry is a testament for its continued success.
We formed Ancillare in 2007 as a direct result of the needs of the type-five pharmaceutical customer. Faced with lengthy delays in fulfillment and problems leveraging buying power for ancillary clinical supplies, the customer needed a strategic partner. ISG rose to the challenge, procuring all products necessary for the protocols and managing their shipment worldwide. Since then, Ancillare has expanded its expertise and has formed the experience necessary to manage the clinical trials process from start to finish, providing superior cost savings and efficiency gains at every step of the way.
