Joanne Santomauro, Chief Executive Officer: Joanne has over 30 years of company experience with 25 years of experience with program development and innovations in the pharmaceutical industry. She holds a B.A. from Temple University and masters from West Chester University. Joanne has extensive experience in supply chain management, organizational development, contract negotiations, logistical distribution, quality control and compliance. She establishes all operational goals for the APT, establishes and evaluates KPI’s, and oversees all ongoing projects.
Jonathan J. Santomauro, President and Chief Strategic Officer: Jonathan has worked with the company for 8 years and founded the Ancillare division in 2007. He holds a B.A. from Cornell University and is currently pursuing an MBA from the Johnson School at Cornell University. Jonathan has extensive strategic experience and has worked directly with customers to build new partnerships with Ancillare. He leads strategic development at Ancillare and works with customers to build programs to satisfy all business requirements.
Cathy Porretti, Director Operations: Cathy has a robust background in operational management, program design, and IT development. She has worked with the company for over two decades and oversees program implementation strategies, new development launches, and staffing for the Ancillare Division.
Dr. John Fitzgerald, DO, Medical Director: Dr. Fitzgerald has served as the Ancillare Medical Director for three years. He holds a B.A. from LaSalle University and an M.D. from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Fitzgerald leads the Ancillare medical team and consults with each APT to determine suitable products and shipping programs for medical devices required for new protocols.
Raymond A. Sickinger, Jr., Director Regulatory Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ray is a senior, hands-on, results oriented individual with extensive experience in global quality systems, regulatory compliance, validation, engineering, project and operations management. He brings a broad expertise in Global FDA regulated industries of Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices, Biologics, Cosmetics, Neutracuticals and Aseptic Processing. Ray has extensive experience and knowledge of FDA, CFR, GMP’s, GLP’s GCP’s, GAMP5, ICH, ISO Standards, regulations, guidelines and codes. Ray guides the Ancillare team in all aspects of regulatory compliance and quality assurance.
Terry Crippen, Director of Logistics: Terry has worked with the company for five years. He oversees all shipping activities and validates documentation for international shipment. Terry manages all kitting operations in our controlled environment facilities and assists each APT in tracking products worldwide.
